I've been to a lot of KFC's but this one is the worst one yet. The food was absolutely crap. The people were rude, slow and angry. The place was loud, crammed. I saw people eat outside, forchristsake. McDonald's is so much better that this old shithole that they built. Not happy!!!

Cramp small little shop with staff that is not very helpful. Tried to use the student discount but the staff asked us to download the kfc app to link the account with student bean ID. Done everything and ordered the food through the app after linking everything and they say we don?t qualify for the student discount because we need to order the food at the counter to qualify for the student discount! Absolute rubbish of service and ordering system!

I recently visited KFC and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff was not only unhelpful, but they also displayed a lack of professionalism and outright arrogance. When I approached them with a simple request, I was met with dismissive attitudes and rude responses, making me feel like my concerns were not important.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service to create a more welcoming environment.
I will not be returning and would recommend others to think twice before visiting.
This approach is firm but fair, which will make your feedback more impactful.

My fillet burger was over cooked. The portion of fries was ridiculously small for what I paid and there was no service with a smile.

I ordered a peach tea and got tango, I also found a ton of hair in my chicken that I DID NOT order - got everything wrong. WOULD NEVER go here.

I went here for a quick bite and it was really quick indeed. The customer service was great. A table was dirty and we asked the staff to clean it and they did. The toilet was also very clean.

Went there at 9:50pm to get a dinner, the big lady at the counter shouted at me ?someone died? and they locked the door and closing down the place already. What is wrong with this place???

This place supposingly to be closing at 11pm, but appraoching 10 they are already getting customers out of the shop and not doing anymore business, staffs are lazy and slacking.
