I always order from the Harpurhey branch and I've never had any issues with the food. The quality and taste is as expected. My only concern is the cleanliness of the tables. They used to give out hand wipes but last time even the hand sanitiser wasn't filled up.
They have drive through and plenty of parking space shared with Asda (max. stay 4hrs if I remember right, please check).
Parking: There's plenty of parking space available however there's time restriction (4hrs max.stay though)
Kid-friendliness: Good portion of kids meals are available. High chairs are available.

Never again will I go to this KFC ordered a two piece chicken meal and small gravy.the chicken was the size of a sparrow there was more skin than meat the fries 7 fries I got was soggy and disgusting and the gravy was like water.for the price of £9.88.absolute joke.

Go to another KFC or actually just don?t go to KFC at all anymore as it?s not what it used to be, especially at this restaurant.
My whole family got food poisoning from here and instead of refunding in full like I asked, thought it would be a better option to give me a £15 voucher.
Why would I want to eat somewhere that I?m going to get ill at???
Of course when KFC ?investigated? the case everything came back clear and there was no evidence of wrongdoing on their side.
Multiple people have complained about the cleanliness and hygiene of this restaurant, and evidently, KFC don?t care. When I responded to their offer with this to back up my claim, they fell silent.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely filthy
No hygiene in place from staff.whole place customer area and kitchen area very dirty
Witnessed a staff member clean cutting board with his hand.and another member of staff wiped his hands on his top to clean.

Collected my food for it to look like it's been rebredded and refried old chicken the crisp that turned to dust ate a couple of hot wings and fillets got horrible food poisoning avoid this restaurant ??

A very quiet place to enjoy fresh fries and chicken

Love the experience and this specific kfc. Manager Anthony is a top guy. He sorted our wrong order without hesitation. As always top customer service at this place because of the leader.

Wait ages at the drive through to finally talk with someone no please thankyou..it was just like the person didn't want to be in work ...this has happened a few times here know there mustn't be any staff training or at least limited ..there never seems to be anyone person in charge ..And it isn't value for money
