I?ve used this laundrette on and off over the years and will say my experience has differed on each occasion. The first time the lady who was there was very friendly probably because she noticed I wasn't a regular. From that experience I thought I?d use them again which on that occasion the interaction with the lady was awful. As there were a few people waiting inside I sit in my car all the customers knew this as the window is clear and I was fully visible. I was unaware the dryer I was using had stopped the next thing I know she?s touching my belongings and removing them. I addressed her about this and she had the worse attitude and started shouting and waving her arms around. Because I wasn?t the one I had to put her in her place and reframed from using the laundrette in case she forgot herself again! I recently started using it again as it?s now self service. I only ever go to use the dryer but I find it a lot better. Just make sure you have everything you need at there?s no change of supplies provided

02/01/24...was the 1st time for me and I was very impressed, it was clean & tidy, with plenty of signage to help customers with how things work, there was a lady staff member on site, in the back room ironing and was very helpful. I will go back and use again

Best place always clean and different size washers and dryers my favourite regular to go to on days off from work opens at 8 unaided until 10am then someone to buy detergents behind a desk after then upwards friendly
