The prices were reasonable for their quality of work. Amazing nails and customer service, amazing prices to match that. Overall 10/10 would recommend for anyone else who would want to come and get their services.

I went for an infill and the design that I had on was a French style. She charged me £33 I thought that was overpriced. Then I said do you do student discount she said yes 10% and took off £1 off my total. Never again. They were laughing as if I wasn?t there. I felt discriminated against and uncomfortable don?t go there, not worth the time nor the money.

I had full set acrylics The staff were lovely but my nails went very bad to start. Luckily when one other member of staff came to help they improved. However, they are still very substandard and not worth at all £35. My nails are bleeding the next day around the sides and are extremely sore. The shape (standard almond) is still not great. I don?t like writing bad reviews but unfortunately do not recommend.

First visit to JJ's for my very first Mani Pedi and not sure how I feel about it. Have to say the staff were friendly enough!The visit felt quite rushed, I thought it was standard for cuticles to be pushed back or trimmed during a manicure/ pedicure however I didn't get that during my visit.Although some of the varnish samples had fallen off I was able to pick a colour I liked. The gent did a good enough job cutting and filing my nails, I felt that he could have taken more time with the varnish application as I've noticed gaps in the corners of my nails and varnish on my skin.Overall cleanliness of the nail bar could improve. I could have caught them on a really busy day but unfortunately the experience was memorable for the wrong reasons.Services: Pedicure

Lovely staff, really caring about my little girl who had her first big chop: even did cute french braids for free. Really looked after her with princess cape and checked not just with me but if she was happy too. Cant fault em. Seemed like it would get busy fast so id make an appointment unless able to risk it.

Worse pedicure and gel nail I have ever had done. Flower they did you can hardly see and looks nothing like the picture I showed them and the plain white doesn?t even cover the full nails - does not go up to the edges and looks awful. So disappointed and cost £45 and will now have to pay out to get them redone for holiday

Overcharged for nails and wouldn't explain the prices and why it came up to that price just said 'i don't make the prices'. Also overheard talk 'I won't charge you like these white people before'. Won't be coming back. Clearly they hate white people and don't value customers.Charged £70 for nails that would cost £40 but wouldn't justify the price.Service: Manicure

Always go here to get my nails done and they always do such a good job!! Nails last at least 4 weeks and always look so good, they always manage to get them spot on. Would 100% recommend, lovely staff tooService: Manicure
