Whenever I come in the vibes always right, really call better than the busier stores because the service is always amazing!
Naomi really stands out and makes an effort to look after the customers, she?s served me countless times and has always sorted me out with the best options, always gives efficient service on the tills and always makes an effort to connect with the customers! Thank you

Some great staff working in this shop at the moment. Been in quite a lot over the last few months. Happy, smiley, welcoming & helpful. Really stood out alot especially with it being Christmas and absolute madness! These lot weren't fazed by the madness. Even had a bit of football banter with a couple of them. It's refreshing! Well Done Guys ?

I know that JD is known for hiring inexperienced staff, but this store really is the worst. Half the time the staff stand at the door judging people as they walk past, giving dirty looks, including and especially the managers.When I?ve actually been in the store there is only ever been 1 girl who?s polite and helpful, and if it was up to me she would run the store. The rest of the staff make it obvious that they don?t want to be there or help you. I don?t go to this store anymore becuase the energy inside is so toxic, I feel judged looking at clothes.

Staff rude, more bothered looking pretty than busy! I was told as it was back to school the staff were busy! You sell trainers and sportswear, not school shoes and uniform!
