First time going here, will definitely be going back! Ordered takeaway n got 2 bento boxes, 6 pieces of sushi, and 2 miso soups- it was all absolutely delicious! Not to mention a lovely owner (who somehow does it all by himself?!) and just a lovely place overall. Definitely on my recommend list for food in the area :)

Me and my wife are asian tourists to Manchester. We're very happy to have found this spot. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food came at a reasonable time and the prices were very affordable which is a big plus to us after having explored a bit and seeing how expensive everything is.
We were just in Japan the week before so I wouldn't say the katsu we had was necessarily absolutely 100% authentic, but it was definitely pretty authentic and suuuper delicious and had the correct essence. And it's dam sure really well made for a place so far from Japan.
10/10 we will probably be making this our go-to place during our stay here.
The restaurant is quaint and cute but was able to seat everyone during lunch hours. Me and my wife had a lovely meal experience.

Absolutely delicious. First time here and nothing disappointed. We got bento boxes that were packed with flavour and the sushi was very fresh. Very reasonably priced. We?ll be back Thankyou!

Good service. The food was not great. The ramen didn?t have much flavour, the sushi was ok, the tempura was overcooked, I couldn?t even tell what vegetables were in there! We won?t be coming back. Sorry

The sushi here is great, really tasty and good value, however the ramen I tried was a bit mid and bland
Overall it?s a nice cosy, calm cafe to have lunch in and I would definitely return for sushi

Been coming here for 5 years never disappoints. Amazing fresh food that is very cheap and reasonable price. Clean small restaurant with a very kind hard Woking owner. Definitely recommend the katsu chicken curry and katsu bento box with yakisoba noodles. Definitely a hidden gem

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place, and am unlikely to return. The person who served us was polite and efficient, however the dishes were simply not good. The takoyaki had barely any octopus to be found, and was fried for a bit too long. The sushi was okay, though it didn't taste the freshest. The person I ate with got the vegetarian ramen, which tasted like it had been reheated from frozen and bland. The noodles were also of poor quality.
