Misleading information given by customer service.I spoke to a customer service agent and was told than the unlimited delivery option reduces the next day delivery cost by £2. Spoke to a second agent and told its actually free next day delivery.Training needs to be improved

Spent over £120 on clothes also paid for £10.99 unlimited next day delivery I ordered last week and I still have not received my goods apparently they're with the courier company Evri who are one of the worst courier companies in the UK, Absolute joke of a company.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Jac of all trades masters of none. Customer service in South Africa. When I asked nearest drop off he said dunno I am in South Africa and with that I am in disbelief at how rubbish they are. Am going to close my account. Go to shop and deal with real people. 12 weeks they said to manage a complaint!

Purchased a coat from Jacamo , but after wearing the coat twice all the stitching came away from the pocket.Contacted Jacamo and requested a item exchange, but I was refused and only a refund was available.Very poor customer service

i used to order from them a lot, I'm 6ft4" tall and not the smallest bloke, initially i was so happy to finally find a place i could buy jeans that fit then a few years later the fit has gone all weird. I am ordering the same item i have ordered before, the old clothes still fit yet the new ones are bonkers.....the waist is really low so you have to pull them up all the time and the legs are really tight....I am still the same size and shape and the old clothes still fit....what have you done in manufacture because some of the stuff you are selling isn't made to fit humans!

My order was placed over 2 weeks ago. There was no mention of it not being in stock. Chased yesterday and was told it would be delivered that day or the day after. Chased again to be told that what I was told yesterday was nonsense.

Approve you for credit then allow you to order . They then cancel the order without telling you and take your credit limit away without telling you . Why not just approve then send the order , backwards.
