As a broke student, I went there to repair my glasses a couple weeks ago (I lost a nail and the lense fell out). I thought it gonna cost me an arm and a leg but the lovely lady did repair my glasses for free! So,I would definitely visit this place!

They are very horrible,they gave my daughter the wrong sight glasses ,how very unprofessional,I will be making a complaint head of opticians negligence,she sneezed on my daughters glasses made her get ill,Don?t go there my daughter once she has picked her specs up she finding another place for next time and so will I be ?

Shocking service. Had me running around 3 different chemists for a subscription that he emailed to me, when a chemist won't accept email prescriptions. Avoid like the plague!

I 've now gone back to Specsavers after these idiots messed up my eye test and sold me Armani glasses that they couldn't maintain. Wore them once or twice. Waste of time and money and the staff are a bit clueless.. I am really surprises that there's a few JSRs out there but I don't urge anyone to go to them. Put down your money at a Specsavers at least there will always be someone to help and advise or refund you. These at JSR just want your money. End of.

Went in for an eye test last week. didnt have an appointment but they managed to see me. GREAT service, really friendly staff and got my new ray bans the next DAY!!!

I go to the JSR Opticians and the staff and very helpful and try their very best to help all their clients. I have been th other opticians but this opticians is by far the best plus there are many different frames for glasses. All the staff are very talkative and friendly especially the black-haired 'old' 'skinny' lady, shes not old or skinny, Shes actually a very nice lady with manners
