I ordered food I got the set meal for 2 it was 30 pounds but what came was two mochi balls and 8 vegetable gyoza worth approximately 11 pounds together. 3 different types of sushi should of come with it aswell as beans.I rang the store to see were the rest was but the man behind the phone was very rude and condescending and he said that it was the correct order and I ordered the right food. I checked the recipient and it said 24 pounds for the dumplings and the rest for the mochi.i checked the menu it was 9 pounds not 24 pounds for 8 pieces of gyoza.it was obviously there fault and error I didn't expect this kind of horrible service froma 4.3 reviewed restaurant.absolute scam

Absolutely shocking customer service!
Wanting to ask a simple question which wasn?t available on the kiosks - told to move and use the kiosk. It wasn?t even busy!
Also when paid for an order the kiosk said it was successful yet the bank statement shows it was taken. Refused to give refund.
Wouldn?t ever use this branch again!

I love this Itsu branch and have been going/getting them on deliveroo for years. The quality is always great at a reasonable price. Normally a sushi and gyoza lover but recently discovered the chicken noodle soup and it saved me whilst I had the flu!

I love popping into Itsu when I?m looking for something fresh and quick. Their salmon sashimi is great, and I appreciate how they clearly care about quality. It?s ideal for a light lunch.

I recently ordered some food for takeaway from this restaurant, and I regret to say that I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The taste was not to my liking, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Overall food is excellent as always, but problem is one of the staff members. I did not catch the name, but she literally does not allow people to buy food before 8:30 PM.
I walked in around 8:15PM for a quick bite after long work day and got yelled on that she needs to take a picture and I can't buy anything before 8:30.
I understand that there's 50% off food after that time, but in this case I did not want to wait extra 15 min. I just wanted my food and go home, which I was not allowed to do.
I ended up leaving the store without the food.
Now I've stopped going to Itsu because of the horrible experience.
She should be sacked for treating customers like that. I do not need staff to yell at me because I want to buy my food 15 min before the discount, it's my decision when I buy the food. It's good for business if I pay full price.
