Don?t go there, it is the worst service ever.He threatened to throw my phone and insisted that I had to accept his service and pay for it, even if I didn't like it. He constantly shouted with an aggressive attitude, claiming that he disliked my appearance in a racially offensive manner, which made me feel intimidated. In that moment, I wanted to quickly end the situation, complete the service, and leave the place. To make matters worse, he mentioned that it would be done while I was standing, and then rudely instructed me to leave the shop without providing any evidence that he had taken my phone. Additionally, he refused to give me a purchase receipt, despite promising a guarantee before performing the service.Reply: It's ironic that you're admitting to threatening to throw the phone, not giving me a receipt, and attempting to kick me out of the shop while you have my phone even that We had previously agreed to sort things out while I was present. Everything I said, including the fact that the phone was previously opened, is true. However, it's shameful that you resorted to lying just to prove a point. Yes, the phone was opened before, and I didn't deny it or lie about it when you asked. The reason for the previous opening was to replace the screen, not because the phone has any other issues as you're suggesting. In fact, the phone is working perfectly fine except for the battery message. Another point you lied about is refusing to provide the service which you didn?t at all (PS. go back to your cameras and check yourself and your attitude)Unfortunately, your lack of customer service manners is evident from your words and actions when I was there and even from your reply now.

I visited the shop during the summer when my phone fell into the sink & suffered from water damage (glitching, heating up quickly, slight screen damage) . I?m a uni student so I wasn?t familiar with any local phone repair shops & Invicta technologies was the closest one next to my accomodation. I couldn?t afford Apple store repair prices so a local phone repair shop was my only option.Firstly, the staff there are so helpful and considerate, the owner was always honest and straightforward with me about the potential water damage on my phone, which I really appreciated. The owner was very respectful and he managed to repair my phone on the same day I went in so super quick service, I paid around £45 which I think is a pretty good and decent price for repairing water damage compared to other stores. It?s been around 4-5 months after it was repaired and my phone still works perfectly!!I honestly really recommend this store I had a great experience, my phone was fixed so quickly and it was lovely speaking to the owner. This shop is now my go to for future phone repairs, thank you Invicta technologies for the service!

This people misguide you the service I took my Asus laptop for repair but which had broken screen it was a 144hz display screen they literally replaced it with 40 Hz screen and told me it costs 140 pound and game me a discount of 20 pounds which does not make any sense. As well as things don't end here after 2 months the display flickers and brakes down when I had a word with them they blamed me for the same and ask me to pay the same amount again for new display most importantly we're very disrespectful. Lucky I had another laptop to work up on.Never ever had a second thought of going to the shop again.

I would strongly advise people to listen to the bad reviews. I went to get my laptop fixed as I kept getting a 'blue screen of death'. Paid £70 for a reinstallation of windows (which I now realise i could have done myself at home), which did not fix this issue. I had recieved multiple errors that pointed towards the memory being the issue, as well as running memory tests that had failed, so went back with this information and was told the hard drive was the issue, despite the fact that the laptop had passed the hard drive tests. I pointed this out, and the guy told me he would replace the RAM sticks, but "it would be on me" if it didn't work. Surprise - the blue screen was still appearing, and the laptop still failed the memory tests. Brought it to Morpheous in Withington, who were able to show me that one of the RAM sticks still in the laptop was still faulty, whereas the other one ran fine and passed the memory tests. Essentially, either Invicta had not replaced both of the RAM sticks, or they put a faulty one back in. Morpheous charged me nothing for figuring out the issue and taking one of the RAM sticks out, and when I asked for my money back from Invicta, as they had not actually fixed my laptop, I was refused this.

Hi , Overcharging, taking advantage of customers? Information Gap and overstating the part he do. Also, the repair don?t work.Wow a lot hahahahaI repair one keycap on my lab top, the switches of the key was work fine, the only thing need to do it to try to let the keycap fix on the switch, not any parts need to ?repair? The thing he explain is right , they cannot only fix the keycap as there are not replacement keyboard caps , so if I send it to repair they would replace the whole keyboard , these would cost more, this is right , but replace the keyboard would fix the problem and what he do does not. When I get my laptop the key is hard to press done, I try and it take 10times hard to press the key repaired than the good one . And he said this is for sure because this is the one repaired and other is original. and he said that he need to carefully repair it and the key cap buckle is broken and he try to do a new one very carefully with glue and Stressing that this is a perfect fix and the one he repair is the same height level as other. When I come home and try the keyboard the keycap just drop after I press it 3 or 4 times and I have the chance to see what?s behind the cap and the result is so funny. ??He just use glue to glue the Kay cap and switch together. so I think this must be the ? ?Perfectly repair only a Little hard to press, need a lot of hard work to do, to do the shape of keycap and needs a lot of time and very fine work?? and this means simply use the glue to glue it on keyboard , anyone can do it themself the this very rough level of restoration and this cost 35 pounds. I asked him for a cheaper price so final price was 30 pounds.By the way the glue destroyed the switch. As I don?t know much about repairs and not searching on internet much , I thing I ask him to see if there was any way to fix it , first time he said no this cannot be fix and then he see it and say ok he will try. When I comeback my friends told me that I may been trolled. I call back to say that I want to cancel the repair if he didn?t start and he said he already done.Although the price is high but that was not the truly problem. The real problem is costumer deception and use the information gap. This is a kind of lies. Also I think reject you first and waits for you to beg him to fix , quotes a very high price and when you haggle it becomes he doing you a favor perhaps a common tactic. Of course this is entirely based on my energetic speculation and could be a misconception, if anyone else who has also experienced try to speak up.Finally, if you can?t repair it or only can do very rough fix, just say no even your costumers beg you. They are helpless so of course they will beg if there were any solution. Just give them a way for example contact with Microsoft support.Anyway , if there can give 0 I will give 0 stars

Do NOT trust him. "Repaired" my phone with a new screen and then when I went back saying the screen started to burn (only a week after) he tried to pull the wool over my eyes and say it was a setting on my phone. Also showed him the screen hadn't been glued back together properly. Then when I went through each setting and found no setting issue, he then tried to blame me and say I was scamming him. He got aggressive and physically pushed me out the door.Sad to see he's scamming other people too.
