Went back as the staff was great and always helped me with any issues, Jacob especially who helps me the equipment in and out of my vehicle and on point with the questions. Surprise he is not a manager yet!

I've never seen such a terrible campaign, it's been about 25 days and I call every five days, every time I call they say five business days, still they haven't refunded my deposit, I've never seen such a lying company. I delivered the material on the seventh of March and you haven't paid my deposit since that day, I have never seen such rudeness, such a work ethic and I say this to all my friends.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional, requested products to be delivered to siterang up after we had an email quoting works , we rang back and confirmed we have an account with this company.They failed to turn up, wasted the day of the clients and wasted our time as well costing us time and money.We then tried to ring and complain at the Manchester CallCenter,we rang and were past as around from people to people laughing and joking in the background like it was all a bit of fun,Ask for management to call back a so called Mr Hogg - we were told was in a meeting by JavedNobody did call us backWe then rang back and spoke to a young lady called Sophie, who seem to have Cottened on why we were ringing,She was whispering to her friends that we were calling back again, and cut us offWhat more can I say, ladies and gentlemen hiring from this company you do so at your own peril, and at your own cost?

I visited the Piccadilly branch this morning unsure of exactly what tools I needed to clear an overgrown garden. All the staff were friendly and helpful but David went above and beyond in terms of advice, practical help in preparing the machine and ensuring I knew how to operate it safely before leaving.A huge thankyou for such excellent customer service.I will not hesitate to use this branch of HSS again.

If I could leave no stars I would. I called ahead on route to the store, in an attempt to get the rental process started so all I would need to do is sign the lease and get my item pay and go. The worker on shift Said they close In 10 minutes, and he is not prepared to stay past 5:30 to help me get the item I needed Based on him been there since 8 am that morning. Luckily I got to the store at 5:22 (2mins after the phone call, bare I mind the worker new I was minutes away before refusing to assist)While in the store mins before it closed. I was asked abruptly "If I was the person just on the phone" I replied yes . From that point This worker did everything in his power to deter me from proceeding with the rental. He first claimed that there may not be any in stock. Which there were(I checked online before hand) I told him I have an account. He still needed 2 forms of i.d and a £100 deposit.(something I have never had to do for a household maintenance item, or cleaning equipment equipment. if purchased online I don't have to pay a deposit.) He then Said "oh I doubt any of the ones we have on site are even tested and ready to go. So it won't today". By which point I was irritated. So I wished him a good afternoon told him I'd come back another day. This person had already clocked off their shift and had no intention of helping out of spite of what, being tired and Having a long day. Not good enough. I will go back to the same store and make an official complaint. As I do not believe a skilled trades man would of received the same treatment.

I won't be hiring from these people again. Really rude and unhelpful on the phone. I asked him to confirm the order details and it was clearly too much bother for him.
