I just went in to see what was on offer in the sale, this store use to be very busy towards the end of the week at one time. It was a Thursday and not many people in on all floors, I'd say more staff than customers. It's definitely gone down in my estimates and yes I know most shop online these days, but I'm one of those that prefer to shop in store!

This store should close down for good it's lost its life. The vibe and the thrill has completely gone flat and disappeared. The prices on items like mens aftershave is full whack and not really appealing. Customer service non existent. The shop is like a ghost town. No buzz or feel good factor in this shop in comparison to boots etc. It's a shame really as this place used to be booming. Too expensive and not in my budget unfortunately. Staff nowhere to be seen !

Terrible store these days. No refunds either just credit notes or exchanges. Sour faced staff. Used to love this shop pre Mike Ashley days. Better service in B&M than in here.

I brought a branded jacket about 3 weeks ago. When I went back today to return it because the fit was not just right. Assistant manager called Will refused to refund me or to allow me to exchange due to labels were missing. I found the customer service to be terrible. I would not shop here at all, if you do, do not expect them to provide after care. I had the receipt but he was not considering taking it back.Appalling service, avoid at all cost!!!
