Visited last weekend with an issue with a velvetiser bought for xmas gift. The staff and manager were incredibly helpful and solved my issue. good customer service and lovely staff.

The quality of their chocolate has gone downhill greatly since the company was founded. Lots of sugar in chocolate and low cocoa content. It's not luxurious chocolate whatsoever.Lots of plastic packaging in this day and age. I guess the founder Angus no longer cares about chocolate now that a part of the company was sold and he made a few hundred million pounds.

We had the ice cream (hazelnut topping) with a piece of chocolate. I have to be honest. The quality of the product is beyond low. Watered down ice cream, the worst piece of chocolate (only resembles chocolate), while the topping was good. They have the audacity to even write ice cream of the gods on it! Honestly, when I was eating it I was dreaming of the ice cream from McDonalds?i have to say, the most unique experience ever and I do not want to be rude or anything. I would suggest to focus on quality if your are selling yourselves as a chocolate speciality shop. PS: 30% of the icecream was missing from the cup because they poured both with a cavity?Never seen that before either.
