Not very attentive to a busy shop. After I entered with 2 staff, 4 more people came in. 1 staff milled around the shelves counting or tallying items instead of serving the busy shop.

Absolutely Brilliant service from Nikita- I?ve just moved and can?t find my stock of MilkAid Lactose digestive aid- with Xmas so close and travelling to family I was dreading the holiday- everywhere that says they sell this was out of stock- I travelled to seven big brand and independent pharmacies then tried Holland & Barrett Didsbury, none in stock! BUT Nikita took the time to go into the wrbsite, find it at Stretford and ring them to hold it! Christmas is saved!

Excellent Customer service, it was an evening i went for my protein i was bit confused with it, the man tall and white I don?t remember his name he went above and beyond to make my i get my requirements. Only disappointed was as iam very old member of this holland and barrett there were no offers.

Everytime I go to the store I feel welcomed by the staff, they are very friendly, and always greet me and ask me if I need help. I wanted a product they didn't stock and so the male colleague (I can't remember his name) helped me with alternatives, he checked online and went above and beyond he also asked his manager Nikita on what other alternatives she could recommend for me. She was fantastic,incredibly knowledgable on so many of the products, she explained to me in a understable way and explained the various options I had. She showed me some good reviews on the products she was advising me to try. The team is a credit to Holland and Barrett and its one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

It's OK kinda can stand in for chemist and doctors can't always get an appointment sometimes you just want an overview of thing you need in your diet this shop great for that only thing it's way expensive otherwise I would give 5?????

Absolutely amazing service! Especially from one of their staff members Leon (hope I?ve spelt it right) he has been super helpful and always found a way to get me what I want. Furthermore have to say, whenever I have been, never been disappointed. Always received the best of the best and staff members have always met the expectation!

Holland and Barret have good health food, fruits and dried fruit service is good and collection is quick. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all a nice shop.

Collected my order from Didsbury, I was greeted politely and given my order straight away. I needed to buy something else and was told exactly where I would find what I was looking for. My experienc in store was superb.
