Stayed for a business trip for a couple of nights. Rooms are cleaner than most holiday inns/ premier inns. Nice and spacious rooms. I booked a queen room and it was decently priced, the service desk always had someone and whoever it was, was friendly and helpful. However the walls are really thin and you can hear EVERYTHING which can be distracting also it is located quite deep into ashton/tameside. Wouldn?t recommend staying here if u wanted to explore Manchester/oldham. Perfect for business meetings and short stays.Rooms: Spacious, comfortable and cleaner than most places

Had some reservations when booking but once we arrived it was Very well presented, easy to find and plenty of parking.The staff were on hand quickly and organised. My Room was fresh modern and clean having benefited from a recent renovation.Bas and Gemma were lovely and made sure everything was to our expectations before we left.

Not good place, not good service for the food.Terrible management is not good service and not high standards of food, not good quality food.And not a good place for work I do not recommend it to anyone.It should be below 3 star hotel.

A dead cockroach was in my bath. Perfect place to bring your wife for your anniversary. She loved it so much she filed for divorce the next day. <33

Great one night stay. Staff were really pleasant and welcoming. Rooms are lush and the bed?s are huge! Parking is ample. Would definitely stay here if I?m in Oldham or Manchester again.

Stayed here lastnight and what a great night it was the staff were amazing from the minute I walked in the door the girl on the bar kept me entertained she was so funny. As a staff member of IHG I was also invited to attend the club night there it was amazing. I think I got back in my room about 3am and slept like a baby in the most comfy bed ever.. food was 5 star I cannot fault one bit of my stay just wish all our hotel staff were as friendly and funny as these lot.. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you guys xx

I have been coming to the hotel now just over 4 months, the staff, the rooms level, the services is all 10/10. I appreciate how professional the team are. I checked in at different shift and all the team members are consistent.I have an options to drive on Tuesday night and stay at my next hotel or stay at this hotel on Tuesday night and drive on Wed morning, I will opt out always to stay an extra night.I am an elite member and I have spend over 90 days in the IHG group I the last 6 months , the rooms feel fantastic, the upgrade always welcomed and they make you feel looked after.The restaurant attachments to the hotel is good, I tried different menu items.Highly recommend it, much better than most holidays Inns arround the country with when compared with room standard.Rooms: Rooms are clean, modern and well equippedFood & drinks: The restaurant have a good range from healthy salmon to put a smile on your face pizza. Not sure about the katsu curry though .Noteworthy details: Great team all the way from the reception to the cleaner to kitchen .. all very professional

Well what can I say, i checked in tonight, first time staying here as normally stay at the village hotels when visit my family, which ive done for the last 12 years, but upon trying this hotel from check in today has been amazing, lady at the reception has impressed me so much, cant do enough for us, then went into the bar for a drink and food and the bar attender was amazing, so welcoming and helpful, ive never recieved such amazing service, with lovely staff, its fair to say i wont be booking into the village hotel in hyde or ashton again, at the village you dont feel welcome and are treated as a number rather than a quest, this hotel your treated as a vip guest, really cant phrase the staff enough here and here till saturday, really going to enjoy our stay. Your all doing an amazing job and cant thankyou enough and its only pur first night. Thankyou. Xxxx

Just an overnight stay whilst visiting family in the area the staff all very friendly from front desk to bar and housekeeping, all polite xRooms: Lovely, clean and spacious, the bed was very large and comfortable

Great hotel: spacious room with exceptionally comfortable beds and bed linen, top staff, convenient parking and a cracking breakfast. I arrived at 1am - the front desk closes at 11pm (I?d called to warn them) but no problem, the night attendant welcomed me in the most friendly way. During the stay, Kelsey and Andrea on reception were particularly excellent and pro-active in making my stay as enjoyable as possible. 10/10Rooms: Impressive

Excellent very clean hotel. Pleasant helpful staff. Spacious well equipped bedroom. Good selection of food for breakfast. The wedding ceremony itself was well organised & the wedding breakfast & evening festivities were perfect. My husband & I were impressed & had a thoroughly enjoyable stay

Fantastic welcome from the two guys on the front desk, I have stayed here several times room and spacious clean and the beds comfy. Breakfast is well cooked and there is always good choice, only negative is the coffee machine for breakfast is a bit rubbish Keep up the good work guys
