Want to thank all the staff today when I landed in my wheelchair for Kip Moore in store play and signing. Amazingly helpful, fun and friendly. Made sure we could see, looked after us us through out and we were put in first position to meet Kip. Wonderful experience.

Just played a gig at HMV Arndale Manchester. From all the lads in COLLUSION a big thankyou to Tony the event organiser/ Manger. One of the best and most professional setups we've worked with. An all round good guy would highly recommend. Well done HMV keep up the good work of supporting local bands and giving them a platform to perform on.

You need to update pictures of the store so people can find you. Went to the store staff member said you dont sell games as its all online. You guys also sell music right?
This is why I shop online, its easier.

Dave on the till spent 15 minutes talking to another customer about investing in Pokémon cards, holding up the queue. Dave didn?t serve me in the end, another staff member had to jump on the tills to serve me and others, only because we complained to another member of staff. Disappointing conduct.

I suffered a massive Stroke about 5 and a half years ago but one thing that keeps me going is music.
I like a variety of songs but mostly rock music. I try to get out and get the bus to Manchester otherwise I could crack up but HMV is a brilliant shop and I can spend money on music that I enjoy. Plus I am a huge Star Wars fan and I always get that too. But everything they have from music to films makes it terrific to go to plus the members of staff are very friendly and always helps me so a big thank you.
