Aida needs some basic manners and respect when talking to people, she was incredibly rude from the get go and seemingly exasperated that she had to do my return. As someone who also works in the trafford centre it?s very easy to speak to people politely. The service is never the best in this store anyway but this was ridiculous.

It?s ridiculous that you don?t have enough people at the tills for returns in the home section. The main store till didn?t even have a cue as I went late in the evening, but there was a cue in the home section despite the member of staff requesting assistance several times no one came. Sort it out H&M

Severely disappointed with the customer service on Friday 1st November at Trafford Centre. This item was advertised at £9.99; however this is H&M?s marketing strategy and items in this area may not be this price the store manager informed me.
She would not honour the price.
This was after a member of staff lied to me about the store having a re-merch that day and the marketing team had forgotten to take down the price signs.
One very disappointed 5 year old who didn?t not got a new dress for her party. Very disappointed with the service level as this was false advertisement.

Went into this store today. Went to try on for fitting rooms at 9.30 but apparently fitting rooms was closed even though they shut at 10pm. Only had 2 shirts which I wanted to try on to see which fit better yet was refused. Awful experience.

I went today , I was expecting a lot from this H&M because I do love a good H&M trip , but this was not good , in fact it was terrible , I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get 3 tops , there was only one person on the tills (very nice and sweet ) whilst some weren?t doing much , they left it all up to her , it was hot and I was very unhappy like everybody else , please rein consider the tills , and only have 2 open tolls ( one only working ) but about 10 only card ones are stupid , I expect better from this H&M when I go back .

Terrible service and Pretty rubbish at moving down the line. Not enough staff were there and our voucher Almost expired due to how long their support staff took to see us. I feel sorry for the staff on the floor as they were both junior and didn?t really serve people efficiently. Wouldn?t recommend if you can find another one nearby.
