Today I received my order from health exchange which contains three boxes of botox -Allergan- with other medicines was very warm and all the ice packs were completely melt long time ago and not even cool in this very hot day in Manchester.This item is considered damaged as it needs to stay cold through out the delivery process, and it's unsafe and risky to be injected to your patients.I call them immediately and email them with video attached, and after several calls and emails with the manager, they just said sorry and keep saying sorry for this,and I paid the total amount of money in advance ,although I should be eligible for replacement it or refund according to their terms and conditions, but they refused.Also good to know their delivery company ACP ,they will give you a several hours time range for delivery for example 7am -12pm and you have to run when they come, otherwise they will leave fast , even before waiting for a few minutes or calling you ,so it pointless to give them your phone and they wouldn't even call you at least 1 hours before your delivery to secure your availability as other pharmacy usually do.I am really disappointed with their communication and response.
