Literally amazing! I have a wheat and a peanut allergy. I'm not anaphylactic, but get incredibly puffy. When I mentioned it, they came out and explained how they were going to handle my food different and mark it. If it doesn't come out with a purple flag, they made a mistake and don't touch it. How careful and caring is that?! Steven was my server, so kind! Michael came to talk about the allergen protocol in place, blew my mind! Burger was great, too! Service exceeded expectations!

Just had drinks on a Friday night (after 9pm) it was 2 4 1, so a nice bargain. Great to walk about and it not being busy.

We celebrated my daughters birthday with a few delicious cocktails. The staff were great and the music awesome.
The nachos we ordered to share were delicious.
Had a problem with the taps in the ladies loos. There were a few of us trying to get some water to wash our hands !! It took awhile.
The photo booth wasn't working which was disappointing too.

Came to Manchester for the first time last weekend. Always love a good hard rock cafe, foods always great and service too.
We had the fortune of meeting Andrew our server, and wanted to give him a shout out in the hope he's recognised for his epic customer service, professionalism and friendliness.
Happily helping us out, getting us fed and talking about Manchester and where to visit.. he's clearly in love with the city and his passion hearing about various history and places to check out was lovely.
He made this visit, it's always unusual to come across a waiter so positive and generally happy to talk to you!
Props to Andrew. Hard rock is built on people like yourself, without people like yourself it's just another restaurant.
The restaurant itself is big, plenty of seating, great atmosphere, great music importantly and great food.

Mac and cheese is bland. Over priced.
Torpelo chicken and chips. Bland. over priced.
Tots nice but over priced.
Nachos nice.
Boneless chicken wings half of them were inedible chicken - brown meat, joked it must have been a buffalo mouse!
Service was good but not personable - doing a job! Wrong drinks twice.
Overall, for the cost, and the meh food, wouldn?t return!
Atmosphere is always loud and usually enjoyable.
£5 for guac in a small tub - robbery.

My girlfriend and I visited Hard Rock Cafe for my birthday and we had a lovely time, our waitress Emily was attentive and helpful despite service being busy. Food was amazing and very filling, the Hot Fudge Brownie is immense!
