The man behind the counter today was extremely rude, unhelpful and clearly either didn’t know what he was doing or just didn’t want to do it!

Visited this branch for the first branch two weeks ago. Needed to withdraw money which was over the amount able from cash point. One staff member behind counter, 3 staff walking around all asking did i want to use the machine. Explained several times I can't but no staff offered to open up another counter. 15 minutes later... read full comment

Great to actually have somebody to talk to face to face
