I've give them 1 star because I can't give lower. I went in this morning at 9 o'clock and nobody on any of the tills because they had money being delivered so know tills open had to wait 20 minutes. I ask to see the manager and I got told everytime I go in I complain, I told her everytime I came in I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes until I get served. Words where said and she told me if I don't stop going on she'll close my account. I've never seen anything like this in a bank it must be the worst run bank you can go in. In future I'll be going into town or Altrincham to youse the bank the sooner this bank closes the better.

I have to say that today was probably the best banking service that I have ever experienced and all that was due to Karen in the Stretford branch. She arranged my father's finances out swiftly and professionally with the greatest of empathy. Thank you Karen, you've made a challenging time feel a lot better!
