Only one cashier working. Long wait time, long queue. Other customers asked for an extra cashier and were told there was nobody else with permission to use the system. One employee was talking with a lady about her mortgage application in front of us instead of a private room. Not what i expect from a branch in a large city.

Couldn't understand a word the girl said on the phone as her voice was not clear at all but after she transferred me I got every word the man said so best to have a man's voice for customer help.

The customer service here is awful. The man on the front desk was arguing with me in front of other customers regarding a mistake THEY had made about an appointment date. I asked how to fix this he said if you wait 20 minutes I can tell you if om able to help...I told him thanks for nothing and proceeded to leave to which he was being sarcastic to me again in front of customers

What a ridiculous system. I told the chap who was greeting customers that I wished to add another person to my account. He asked me to take a seat. I waited 38 minutes to see someone who said, ?you can?t do that here, you have to do it upstairs and you?ll need an appointment for that.? When I told her I?d waited 38 minutes to be told this she said, ?yes, that?s how it works.? Oh, and the seats we had to sit on were so grubby it was disgusting.

Worth a visit just as a reminder of what is was like to be able to visit a bank branch with actual staff inside. Especially if you need to visit the Halifax. And no, they don't deliver.

Wanted to make a simple transfer but was told by some man at a computer, no I could not, I would have to wait and be called, with 20 people sitting waiting before me, I declined. What a chaotic system.

The call centre agents deliver very poor service. They hang up on you and are rude, audibly irate and seem sleepy, suddenly when I asked to speak to a supervisor they came to life and started helping, agent was talking over me, yhe previous agent hung up on me.
Not recommended, I'm considering changing

Visited this branch this morning to make a deposit. The person on the desk was called Christine and she was the most miserable individual I've had the misfortune to be served by. No eye contact, no smile. She may of been having a bad day we all have them but having worked with the public for over 40 years you put a smile on your face and get on with it. Terrible
