Booked an MOT through fleet for the centre. Arrived promptly and went to book in. The man at reception was completely unhelpful, stated the car wasn’t booked in. Friendly and helpful service. The heatguard had come loose on the underside of my car, I didn't have an appointment but popped in on my way home.
