Amazing service!!!! Was due to collect on Sunday but popped in the White City store on Saturday morning to see if I could collect any sooner and they had it ready to collect within 3 hours!!! Made my sons weekend 10/10

I go to this Halfords quite regularly whenever I need small little bits for my car. And everytime I go Mohammad always goes the extra mile for me. Just yesterday I needed help with my anti freeze/cooler for my car and I ended up dropping my cap into my car below my engine. He helped me retrieve the cap helped me get the right coolant. If it wasn?t for him I would have put in the wrong coolant in and completely ruined my car. He truly saved the day as I had a long trip to Scotland planned for today and was very worried about what might happen if I didn?t get this sorted. Every single time I go Mohammad always goes the extra mile for me and I am always so grateful for his help. He deserves a lot of recognition for his help. He is the reason I keep returning to Halfords White City store. Thank you Mohammad!

Went in store a few weeks ago on a Saturday to look at bikes... Staff were stood around laughing and messing around. Not one bothered to greet myself or ask if I required help.
Ended up looking elsewhere due to poor customer service.

If there is a problem it takes forever to get seen to. It took 10 minutes for someone to help me out. Need extra staff as you feel the problem is taking too long to be seen.

Experienced great customer service recently from Oliver!
We required a new set of tires for our two road bikes because we're attempting London to Paris in August. I was looking to find a cost effective option, as we've had to spend a lot to prepare the bikes for the trip.
Oliver not only helped us find a price that was considerably cheaper than other bike stores that we went to, but he also personally called me up when they were delivered to the store.
I'm not one to go out of my way to do reviews, but wanted to give me thanks To Oliver for all his help!

I recently went in with my 8 year old son who has ADHD to return his bmx. Ollie on the bike counter was brilliant and understood my son instantly as we had expected to exchange his old bike for a new one after speaking with a customer service agent over the phone. As there were many bikes already that were booked in it was not possible to leave the store with a built bike that day but Ollie made sure my son was happy as he was willing to build the bike within a couple of days. We were both so grateful for Ollies understanding and look forward to picking up my son's new bike tomorrow ?
