Fantastic pharmacy, my pharmacy didn't have the item in that I needed desperately and this pharmacy went out of their way to help me and get the medication to me. Couldn't fault them. Thanks guys!

Extremely rude staff, especially the owner (tall gentleman) who?s got a serious attitude problem, and their prices are a complete rip off. Go to elsewhere.

Dr. Prescription sent to them directly so didn't know the brand prescribed. Husband went to pick up a week later as told had to be ordered in and was not an off the shelf item. turns out it actually was and I could've picked it up from boots/superdrug for half the cost off the shelf! What a rip off. Not happy

My father ordered his prescription 2 weeks ago from today 18/08/23. I went to the doctors to establish where the prescription was, I was told that the doctor(s) had sent the prescription to the pharmacy on the 14th August. I went into the pharmacy as my father had rang them this morning to find out where his prescription was and was told that they had not received it. I was meant to just leave with no offer of help to resolve this issue and was given lots of excuses, I had to explain to the manager that it was not the customers responsibility to chase between the doctors and the pharmacy. This cannot continue. I will be removing my father from this pharmacy as soon as this issue is resolved.

I visited this morning at 11.30am for a flue jab. The staff were very polite and welcoming. After filling in a quick medical form Vinney the pharmacist gave me the jab. I could not believe that the needle had pierced my arm with not feeling a thing. Vinney was very helpful too offering other services like prescription collection and delivery etc. All-in-all a first class experience.

For local residents: the pharmacy located at Shay Lane Medical Centre is now closed, and it appears to have relocated where Lloyds Pharmacy used to be on Hale Road, opposite Booths (it's the same staff, and you can still get your repeat prescriptions arranged through them). The opening times are unfortunately not as generous as the previous ones, when adjacent to the medical centre: I often thought that it never closed!
