It's bad place in there because it's not entertaining just miserable and dealers spin roulette wheel too quickly on purposely make you lose your cash and pit boss he is unpleasant when you are winning. Its no point you tipping them not friendly. More money you lose its more money for dealers and staff without tips. I won't go to that place again.. I have heard one of staff said he is armless i think she was talking about me because I am disabled I got bad arm it's weak arm.

Hello, I had blocked myself for 6 months. By my choice, the date expired on October 12 and I came again. The first manager said to come tomorrow and wait for 24 hours. I came again yesterday, but the other manager said I can't come, claiming that I went to Salford and there. I played, but this claim is a lie, please tell me the reason, people are free and everyone is a casino

This Grosvenor casino is not far from the entrance to China town Manchester...
It is a very popular venue with fantastic staff...
I came to complete some work today in the entrance way... Paul on the front desk was a great hosts, when if finished I spent 5 minutes talking to Rachel (manageress)... Every member of the hospitality team was really friendly and happy to help.
Lots of regular customers enjoying the facilities during my visit.. it was nice to see how the staff had learnt their names and made them feel very welcome.
The casino was clean / bright and inviting... Another jewel in the Grosvenor crown.

I love the setting of this casino, the customer services is good. If your into playing slot games with couple of five pounds or more, then it might be for you. However, if your not a gambling type, and looking for venue to watch live sports such as major boxing game or football match, then the spaces is voluminous from upstairs with extra space and downstairs for big screens. I remembered watching AJ boxing fight via the screen at this venue.

Get rid of this casino.f..they said 89%of pay out to winners. F.. to be honest it is only 30% .Some time i am so annoying that when I concentrated to paying the slot,I really don't know why their staff (with laptops in had )always checking the player status. F why ? They just treat us a criminal.
