I was staying over at the airport for an early flight so went to Gregg's at 3pm to check their opening times. I was told they are 24 hours. I checked if they had the steak bakes going all night and she said yeah. Went at 6pm to get some tea. Everything apart from sausages rolls were stone cold. I asked if there would be some more coming out later. The two girls on duty were totally disinterested and said no. I asked what was in the ovens as all 4 were full. They said emmmmm veg bakes. I checked if they had a microwave to warm the steak bake but no. I reluctantly took the 2 steak bakes and when she handed them over the were absolutely done cold with not an ounce of warmth. Absolutely disgusting service and disgusting steak bakes as they were so cold the day had congealled. The 2 servers were absolutely useless and didn't seem to have any idea what was going on and didn't seem to care. I won't ever use that Greggs again which is a shame cause it used to be good

Unfortunately, the food was either stale and burned. Never had this experience at a Greggs. Disappointed and what a waste of money.

Disgusting. The animals that leave the equivalent of fecal matter on the tables in terms of their waste food and spilled drinks clogged together with tissues
I should have taken a photo of the state.
I would have alerted your staff but it was so understaffed I don't think they would have cared
have someone constantly cleaning tables, a third world country does that!!!!! the state of this Greggs made me feel like I'd arrived into a a third world country.
*Hint* it was the table that was closes to the public area. What a welcome to Manchester guys

Have the breakfast deal regular fortunately I always open a sandwich before eating it. There on one side in the middle of muffin was a huge blob of marg as though it had been squeezed out of a bottle , fortunately I had a knife to scrape it of enough to spread on 3 muffins, had a latte like tar undrinkable. As a regular at Greggs we have never had food as bad. It wasn?t so much the food it was the human who made it with no thought or care. If you are fed up leave your job . Because the way you put a sandwich together was shameful. And what ever you did to the coffee machine goodness knows . No pride in your work .

There is quite a lot of floor space adjacent to the counter and display area of the store, but sparsely tabled. They Could easily add 50% more tables and chairs and probably double, for more customer comfort
The floor under my table was quite dirty with crumbs, which would be fresh. But there was also a more heavy, longer-term brown substance which hadn't been removed for a very long time. Not good - see zoom pic
Overall the store serves a purpose, is expensive but food and service are OK. Needs a good floor clean and double the number of tables and chairs
