I asked for an extra BBQ sauce with my chicken dippers as 1 isn?t enough in my view, the manager completely refused even though I offered to pay, she was very rude and the staff looked fear to deaf of her, and on leaving the shop she was shouting sarcastically by, she doesn?t know the 1st thing on customer service or management in that case,
I go in Conle Greens every day and the sauce is on the side for every to take, I went to Stockport Greggs today and they were free also

Some staff rude and dismissive. Don't seem to be aware of click and collect, claim that they "never send texts" to advise that your order is ready for collection. The texts eventually arrived two hours after the food was collected. A disappointing experience. The food was good though.

This branch of Greggs offers nothing outstanding compared to other locations; you get what you expect. However, the staff here really make the difference. They were friendly and efficient during my visit, which left me with no complaints.

Good Greggs, plenty of space in the shop and the usual. Breakfast / pastry / desert selection as well as sandwiches and hot food. Good selection of cold drinks and all the Gregg's favourite hot drinks too. Remember to download the app and scan so you can collect stamps and get some free scran when you have collected / purchased 10 items under any one of the categories! ...........
