Ordered a egg and bacon breakfast baguette to only get 1 piece of bacon and 1 egg inside absolutely appalling and packed it with a cold bottle sat ontop of the food so my food arrived freezing cold

The staff in this shop are bad mannered, arrogant and miserable. I will not be visiting this shop again as this is the 3rd time they have not scanned my app.I was waiting with my phone in my hand and asked the staff member just as I paid to scan my app she then got arsy and said to me that I had to ask her if I wanted to scan beforehand. Greggs need to send there staff on courses for customer relations.Disgraceful ??

The food is always cold and the staff are always miserable. Just chuck the food at you without asking if you need a bag. Rather obvious I do need a bag unless I'm stuffing all my food in my pockets.
