Greggs Stockport Road longsight, I called them not long ago about my order with missing items that the driver hadn't grabbed and they were so helpful and friendly. 10/10 customer service, thank you!

The pastries and sandwiches here are amazing!
The only concern about this branch is that the slightly short, old, blonde, slightly blubber lady is a tad rude. She doesn?t look happy working here which, fair enough is understandable. (This is not the first time as well) She seemed slightly rude.
if i?m being honest with you guys, every time i walk past the greggs, i look in to actually see who?s behind the till, and when i see her, i personally don?t go in. No offence. But when i see other people working, that is when i go in?

This morning I had the pleasure of being served by Jack [ Stockport Road in Manchester]. He showed outstanding kind manners and he was friendly and polite above my expectations. It was my first time in Greggs and I have really appreciated that Jack spent a considerable amount of time to go through the best options on the menu available.I have particularly appreciated his politeness and the way he communicates with his customers. Thank you Jack for your great work!I am honestly so impressed.

Came here a few weeks ago, and I can?t stop thinking about the lovely chap Elliot who served me. He didn?t just have the looks, he had it all. Absolutely great customer service. Give this boy a pay rise.I hate cold sausage rolls, I made that very clear and he bent over backwards and got that sausage roll warmed up for me.10/10 from me

The worst greggs in the country. Opens late if it opens at all. No food ready when it opens and the staff often just ignores you until you leave.

Didn?t open for 7 and when did open wasn?t ready to serve, I don?t mind doors opening a bit later if that means you?re fully getting ready and stocked up, but you open later and are not even ready. It?s a bit embarrassing, get ready to sell then open. You opened late and wasn?t even ready.

This has got to be the worst greggs. Stopped going here because you always get food that feels like it's been reheated over & over. Tried it today 7 months later, and it's still the same.

I like Greggs doughnuts and fresh cream danish fingers are my favourite. The cheese and onion pasties are no longer to the standard they used to be. Also the Greggs mobile app is great to have and I usually recieve a free item.
