This is my favourite Greggs. I live across the street and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Thanks to Monzo I get a weekly free sausage roll and I am always excited to pick it up (the little things in life?) and the staff are just delightful when you?re happy too. The shop is spotless and there?s rarely a long queue as they?re very organized. I look forward to popping in after a long day and picking up something for my husband just to brighten his day. So glad this Greggs is nearby.

Jacques is the person I usually go to and he is absolutely amazing, always service with a smile and very kind, always making sure Ive got everything, today was served by Josh, he didn?t disappoint either!! Very cooperative and kind. Love greggs for the pizza but it?s always a major plus finding good staff!

I go to Greggs a lot and today my experience was EXCELLENT Top notch service from the gentleman who served us It was quite busy and service was quick , but the experience stands out due to the service we received - Sorry I cant remember cashier name ,but I would hire him on the spot as he went above to ensure service was GREAT ! Great job Greggs

Decent location, decent food. One thing that might be improved upon is workflow. Many times during the morning rush there is only 1-2 staff behind the till. Compared to Victoria and St.Peters Sq which probably has similar footfall, both have 4-6 people.I think sales turn over could be increased, as I've had to walk away 5-10 times because I thought 10 min to que would be enough time.Otherwise nice friendly staff. And I know staffing can be difficult in general, so I can't speak to the intricacies of your current staffing climate.

My daughter was mugged today 16 Feb 24 in Manchester and had her phone, money and bank card stolen. She was alone and made her way into greggs on Oxford Road. Two young dark haired lads who were working between 17.00-18.00 helped her. They let her use their personal phone and offered her assistance, including food and a safe place to wait to be picked up. I cannot thank them enough for this as they helped a vulnerable young girl when she needed it and did so off their own backs. Their are some genuine caring people still around and GREGGS should be proud to have these two young lads representing their company, thankyou!!
