All the time I got there the food is cold pay you still full price that not worth it I go everyday but food cold not hot you paying full price

The staff are generally friendly and most of the time they are well stocked. The only downfall to this particular store was that on my last visit they never told me that they didn?t have any sausage rolls left until after I placed my order and paid. I then had to wait for 10-15 minutes for the sausage rolls to be cooked and then the staff forgot my actual order and kept asking what I wanted to order again (despite paying and being told to stand in the corner). They weren?t particularly busy and there was only myself and the odd person in store on this day. With the store being so close to the train station, it would be good to check with the customer if they are able to wait 10-15 minutes beforehand. Other than that, it was clean, tidy and set out well.
