Went in today at 12.10pm only to find that all the tables and chairs had been removed.
We wanted something to eat and drink and sit in to eat it but couldn?t.
My friend started eating her sandwich whilst waiting for me and was told (by the security guy) she had to go outside to eat it. It was cold. We had hot drinks and food and didn?t want to eat/drink outside.
Absolutely ridiculous!!
Also, very poor selection of hot food and not very friendly staff.
Won?t be using this place again.

Depressing in all degrees. Queues to get food, miserable employees and an angry man who shouts at you when you put your coffee down briefly before exiting.. the worst side of Greggs in one store - I won?t be back

Just out for a morning walk and passing by Greggs mean veggie Sausage roll. Busy time so slow service which is understandable. Good location especially for the commuters on their way towards station.

Essex definitely needs a drive thru like this. Food is very hot freaking freshly cooked and delicious. Staff was AMAZING. COME ON GREGGS YOU NEED TO COME DOWN SOUTH AS A DRIVE

Staff member didn?t have an apron or hat on but it was a male Indian man I assume. whilst I could see him making breakfast and I was put off by this majorly. I?ve noticed he does it a lot and the preparation of food is shocking. And I customers are always receiving the wrong drink orders.

The service is horrible. I requested for a large hot chocolate drink, the attendant was off focus she served me in small cups then I complained and someone else attended to me and literally gave just hot water like chocolate. What?s the point of buy hot chocolate when it doesn?t taste like it, it was so watery. This is so terrible!

Come here with my colleagues twice a week for our morning walk to get snacks, great food as always. There is a lovely staff member, I THINK her name is Claire, she's always there in the mornings and she's really sweet and funny, top customer service. GREGGS, give some recognition and reward to her, she's always running around, hard-working.
