I recently passed through Manchester twice and made three visits to this Greggs.
2 sausage rolls + 1 sausage, bean & cheese melt = £4.70 (take away).
1 sausage roll + 1 americano coffee = £2.85 (eat in).
1 sausage roll + 1 vegetable bake = £3.40 (take away).
The food was hot & delicious, the staff were great.
If you want to sit down and enjoy your food there are a decent amount of tables & seats. I did so on one of the three occasions.

was literally sat minding my own business when some worker with ginger/strawberry blonde hair asked me why I put a chair on the table? now why the hell would i do that as a customer who was just scrolling on my phone and drinking coffee? i didn't even do anything and he had a horrible attitude and told me and someone else we couldn't sit at the table. which is fair enough but put a sign there instead of accusing customers of things they haven't done

So today I went Greggs and they?re staff was ok I rate the 5/3 the coffee was good it was mocha and I had a Mexican bean and spicy cheese flatbread it was new and was very nice they should add more options for vegetarian people and they should work on they?re sitting area and security guards nice coffee nice fuel oat bar should visit recommended but if you wanna try something good you should go pret or something else if you wanna try something new thank you. Regular at Greggs but not always in Manchester. Have been here once before, this will be the last time for a while. Surly service always disappointing. Will try other branches when next in the city.

Honestly, bless the staff who work in this Greggs. The food is all the same as every other Greggs, which is great, but it can't be easy to work in this location with how busy it is on top of it being right by Piccadilly Gardens - I wouldn't want to work right next to there for sure. The hardest part of food hospitality is dealing with customers and I doubt all the customers here make it easy. But the service is always fast, and the shelves are never totally bare.
Also, if you, dear reader, are on here to complain about "it was cold," or "they didn't have my favourite out," then get a grip. It's a Greggs. You'll cope. They'll have new stuff out in 10 minutes if you wait and if they kept pastry hot all day it'd be dry as.
But yeah. This Greggs is fantastic!
Vegetarian options: As a recent vegetarian, this place has been a lifeline. The vegan options are all great and they change up pretty regularly so you don't get sick of them. And the vegetable bake is good too. The sandwiches and rice box are also alright.
Dietary restrictions: A lot of people don't seem to know but they do have milk replacements here, you just need to ask. The machine can't do it, however, they have to steam it themselves, so service could be a little slower if you've ordered other stuff too
