The doors are wide open and people are smoking on the chairs outside the smoke is coming in its bad,
I have complained before about this and was told the staff were to keep the door closed then I asked the staff they said they are not allowed to close the doors?,
Who's lying, anyway we won't be going back who wants to get a mouth full of smoke when you are eating, worse experience to date.

Went there numerous times now. I always get a sandwich, a drink and a little treat. Hits the spot every time. Good value for money too. Recommended if you're craving for a little snack, like I always do after a shopping spree with my husband. ?

Why is there no glass at the back of the food cabinets to stop flies crawling all over the food? I have been in so many times, seen a blue bottle fly rubbing it's legs on the donuts and walked straight back out again.It's so unhygienic.The staff here are amazing though and always friendly and professional. My only problem with Greggs as a whole is how the flies can just rub themselves all over the food because they aren't fully closed off on all sides. It's just the front to stop customers stealing/sneezing/coughing.
