Advertises itself as having a bicycle repair service. Brought my bike in, waited around for a long time (without staff coming to assist) only to be told only operates certain days (not evident on website). Came back another day (told would be available) only to be told no capacity and again staff very unhelpful here would not recommend

I cannot praise Simon enough, I called in to talk about electric bikes, he was very helpful & knowledgeable. I returned a week later to purchase one & he remembered me. Thank you Simon for all your help

Prices on the shelf vastly different to what I was being told at the till. Something about a discount card? Where are the signs for this? There are none. The prices on the shelf do not have 2 prices as they should do if there is a discount card. Felt the entire thing was very misleading. Didn?t buy anything. No wonder the store is completely empty.

Brilliant store with lots to offer. I was looking for some running gear for the Manchester half marathon and lots of great clothing and good prices. Particular mention to the kindest member of staff I have ever met anywhere, Craig. It's amazing how small acts of kindness and a smiley face and generous spirit can literally make your day. I live across the road from this go outdoors and have never been in before, my kindle had died midway through a book and as ridiculous as it sounds i needed to get a charger immediately. Craig and Simon were so attentive as soon as I asked if they stocked this charger. Long story short they don?t have it in stock but managed to find a lose wire of the exact charger I needed, instead of explaining that I couldn?t buy it due to the store not stocking it, they told me that i could just take it with me! Such a lovely act of kindness that i am truly grateful for. Incredible staff! Thank you guys.??

Bought a couple of items as Christmas presents. Totalling around £18. When I got to the till, the cashier stated that the cost was £65, as one needed to be a member. Nope! Why would I want membership - it's an outdoors shop, not a gentleman's club! I took my custom elsewhere. What an insane business model. No wonder the place was empty!

Decent selection of fishing stuff should sort you out for most things you'll need the area I think they are best is baits great selection and great prices they also do other stuff like outdoors clothes like coats and boots and stuff like that they do bikes and biking equipment aswell as camping equipment like tents and bivies and tables too basically you can the majority of the stuff you need from your outdoor activity's here it's 100 percent worth getting the card for a fiver I've earned back the price of the card tenfold this year
