Only allows introductory games in store, meaning you pay for the miniatures, the paints & the rules only to find out the tables that should be part of the service they provide are off limits. Considering the prices of warhammer in 2024 have far outstripped wage increase its unbelievable they have the gall to tell people to find a other venues to play games. How are you meant to meet other people that play the hobby if there's no common place to meet up?

A few days ago me and my girlfriend visited the Warhammer store it was our first date and she was curious about the hobby and how it works. A gentleman named Matt was extremely helpful and attentive, he answered any and all questions she had. Afterwards she was smiling from ear to ear and had such a brilliant time.\\n\\nThankyou to matt for making her feel welcome to the hobby and thankyou to the stores team for being awesome. I recommend everyone and anyone to go visit the store if you are curious about the hobby and have any questions.\\n\\n5 stars and the Blessings of The Emperor on all of them!!!!!

Going back into the store after being at home for a long time during lockdown felt a bit nerve-wracking, but I had a very positive experience. Warhammer stores are generally not a store you can just walk in and browse through. Someone is going to ask you how you're doing and if they can help. But the main thing is that they are friendly about it and listen, and that's exactly what the man I spoke to was like (I apologise I didn't get his name).\\n\\nAs soon as I walked in and he saw I was wearing my mask, he put his on before coming up to me. We chatted for a while and he was very friendly, never pressuring me to buy anything, just chatting and dropping in the odd point about things they do in store, which was honestly useful information. He let me lead the conversation and after a while left me to it and I browsed in peace before making a purchase.\\n\\nThe service really impressed me and will be popping in more often.

Dafydd (I really hope I've spelled that right) was absolutely amazing at introducing me and my boys to Warhammer. His knowledge, energy and friendliness was totally infectious. Dafydd is a story teller! My boys had so much fun finding out about Warhammer!

Very nice store inside with a great location, the staff are nice but could be a little less pushy, although its their job I think it needs a tad bit of toning, however it didn't affect my experience too much and they were still very helpful.

Customer service here is incredible. Whenever I go to buy something for my husband and don't know what I'm going on about, they help me out loads.

Popped in to reminisce before I got the train back up to newcastle the displays are amazing and they have stations where you can try out building and painting a model 10/10
