Very disappointed by their customer service (served by manager letten) and I will never use again. This is about exchange within 24 hours . They first took good 20 minutes to say they don?t have required size which they offered just yesterday. Then I opted for a different shoe, a little cheaper but almost same style and they refused the exchange and said the shoes have been worn. I said I only tried at home and did not wear them outside but there was a little stain which can happen anywhere when you try the shoes. Honestly if they were very clean they could find another reason to refuse cause I very doubt their honesty. So i will not recommend them to friends. First time ever I have problem to exchange or return something within the last 20 years and it?s with footlocker eu Manchester arndale. You decide for your self.i was served by letten.

Staff are useless, I asked someone a question and he looked disinterested and clueless , wish someone could explain the criteria for working there . Is just to be rude clueless and ignorant

I came in a bought a pair of airforce ones a few days ago and I feel like I may have been miss sold the shoe protection. Before I bought it, I was asked about the crep protection and I mentioned I have it at home and I don?t really need it. But the sales assistant mentioned that is only for ?day to day? and the machine in store would make it fully water proof and that there was a guarantee. So I agreed and paid for it, however when my shoes were being sprayed in the machine I asked a different member of staff about the guarantee and he mentioned there is no guarantee and this only lasts a few months.
Given this, I feel like I already had the protection spray at home and I went out of the store feeling like I?ve been miss sold a product I didn?t need.
So it just makes me curious as to how much protection the crep protect machine in store has?
I would just love the truth.
I didn?t want to give awful feedback, more just constructive about how this made me feel. I think it might be worth looking into sales practices in store about whether customers truly need a product.

Rude and lying staff and wrong prices marked, what surprised me the most was a comment made by supervisor that she is doing me a favor by selling me 3pcs of the same item!!

two of the men black staffs with braids were very rude towards customers. i purchased multiples times from footlocker before never had this experience. i was just looking around on what i want to buy having thoughts which one should i picked. while waiting for another size of my shoes i wanted. the black guy with braids asked another staff to look on me in case i stole the shoes lol. funny guy. overall, i forgot the girl named who was looking after my purchase. very much appreciate towards the lady and shame on those 2 black braided staffs who think work is a playground. managers should train the staffs properly. will never shop in person in that place from now on.

Customer service was awful was just collecting a pair of shoes and felt upset with the attitude I got from the girl working at the till black curly hair. I will make sure to get my orders sent home atleast I don't have to deal with bad attitude. Don't know her name I was in there at about 6pm Monday 25th but the lad on the way out was ok asked to take some rubbish from inside the shoes as I was walking out in a bad mood. Try treat customers with respect and a smile. I felt so uncomfortable I was only picking them up. Never again. If you can't deal with customers politely go work in a stock room or warehouse you can have a face like thunder and no one will care. I was asked for my passport id I didn't have then she says credit cards ok the trainers were paid for I had an email and bank card but you want to make things more difficult. I'll never go back there again.
