The food took well over an hour and 15 minutes to come out, my partner got up to complain multiple times to be told the chef rented the kitchen and they are texting her but there isn?t much else they could do. After a while he was offered a refund he came over to discuss this with me for the staff to bring over the food freezing cold.We grabbed a staff member to tell her and advise we would be wanting a refund, the poor girl burst into tears and told us she was the only one on food service (it was a very busy night) and her manager was refusing refunds to everyone (there were other tables requesting refunds as well). We obviously comforted her and advised it wasn?t her fault and asked if we could just get the sides we ordered as now we had less than 20 minutes till our show.No sides ever showed up and no refund was issued. The manager really needs to look at pressures he is putting on his staff and should have come and spoke to us his self the girl was no older than 20 and clearly overwhelmed, very unfair treatment of her to expect her to deal with disgruntled customers alone. She was however lovely and the other girl who was working behind the bar was lovely as well.The problems lie in bad time management from the kitchen and a manager with lack of respect for his staff.

We were a party of 9 and we all sat together on a round table, we all had a drink most of which were expensive cocktails, the women who took our food order was pleasant enough, after waiting for an hour I went to the bar to ask the girl if she knew how much longer our food was going to be, she explained that the chef had closed the kitchen because of a backlog of orders and also that the kitchen was a separate business. When the food eventually arrived there were 4 pizzas on a board and the waitress said she would get some plates, I had ordered pork and fries and when it came it was absolutely disgusting, there were a lot of warm fries on a plate with shredded pork fat on top which was absolutely revolting, no cutlery or serviettes were given and I tried to find some meat with my fingers, I complained at the bar, eventually the waitress came and gave me my £12.50 refund, the others got a free shot. If it was the last place to eat I would sooner starve. That's 9 people who won't be going back .

Had some time to kill, so we thought we'd pop in here the cocktail was lovely and it came with a free shot! Staff were nice, it was early so wasn't busy.Well be coming back again.

Was in Floripa for NYE. Different bartenders charge you different price for the same drinks. You know the place is sketchy if they do this. Not going back for sure.

Visited Floripa with some friends yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed their bottomless brunch! Pizza and unlimited cocktails and Prosecco for 1.5 hours was amazing! Lyra was amazing and super helpful too. She made sure we had everything we needed. The cocktails were really cute and nicely decorated. The DJ was great and played so many great tunes. The place was decorated really nicely for Halloween; and has outdoor seating. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Lyra and the team for an amazing bottomless brunch!

After a mix up with our order (The server tried to blame us) we had to wait nearly an hour for missing meals and lack of communication.As we needed to leave for a gig later that evening we asked for a full refund and we wouldn?t have time to eat or accept the incomplete order in time.The Chef refused and said NOAfter asking the bar manager what the chef?s name was he said he changes it every week.Overall the experience seems disjointed, Lazy and disrespectful.Lucky there are plenty of options around that area for food so would recommend a better service at Wetherspoon's
