Great to be able to see the products in person! I was looking to replace a lost wallet and the staff let me test out fitting my cards and cash into the one I was considering, and helped me choose from the range of colours available. The stuff isn't cheap so it's great to be encouraged to try before you buy! There are decent discounts on some of the bags and other items so worth a visit if you like the brand but are hesitant to splash out. There's a big range, aesthetically laid out, and the friendly staff make it pleasant to pop in for a browse :)

Very friendly staff and an excellent selection of Fjällräven clothing and kit.Can't wait to be back in Manchester to visit again.For those moaning about the returns policy...ask, don't presume. Far too many people buy to try and then return. If you're dropping £500 on a jacket surely you do some research first?

AVOID!!!! THIS SHOP IS A SCAMThis shop is not an official Fjallraven shop, it is actually called the sporting lodge? Doesn't appear on Fjallraven's website, I bought a faulty bag as a gift, went to return it and the little guy with the smug smirk working there very rudely turned his nose up at me and went on to refuse, said they don't do returns, even if they have sold me a faulty product, got told they will have to send it away, only for it to be sent back and basically be told i'm a liar, and that they say no refund and no return. I will never buy from here and Fjallraven again, was a good brand, now ruined by these cowboys.

Never going to buy Fjallraven again, the garment I purchased was not fit for purpose, having zero water resistance?I asked for a credit to buy a more expensive item and they refused stating that there was no defect, but it is not fit for purpose!! This is really very bad customer service, never going to be a return customer.

High quality products and some good discounts, if you?re lucky. The staff in this store were really helpful and had great advice. I bought a jacket from the online store but had some questions about waxing and looking after it to get the most out of the waterproofing. I got some great information and would highly recommend this store to others interested in outdoor clothing that will last years.

Sadly I concur with others who have had terrible experiences with their return policy. There was a tiny defect on a coat which they tried to blame on me - and bought a replacement online instead thinking like most companies they would give me a refund. However they have a no-refunds policy. I was sorted in the end, but I won?t be going back there again. Senseless, because I would have spent thousands there over the coming years, just as we had in previous years.

For 200£ in 5 months I have backpack with a holes. After asking if they can do anything about it I was waiting for 3 weeks to get it back. Ah, the answer is just smiply e-mail to send me some fabric so I can repair it in home. Lovely.Really disappointed won't buy never again anything in there. For the company like this, I expeted a bit more to solve my problem.Writting this just to make you guys be aware what will happen if you will get any problem with your purchase. Just maybe consider to spend you money somewhere else.
