It?s my favourite burger in Manchester, but today was something else. This guy (photo) gave by far the rudest service I?ve received from a Five Guys restaurant. I can never understand why someone so unhappy doing their job continues to work in that job. Just find something else and quit. The burger?s weren?t up to their standard, and the toilet smelt like dirty mop water. But really it?s the customer service that let down the experience. I genuinely wanted to thump this man in his miserable face from how rude he was to us. Do better.

Overall lovely staff and pretty good food, buns a bit finicky and you can tell its fast food but good range and tastes quiet nice, fries were exceptional

That's untill... i saw Scott,
The most energetic friendly guy offering an amazing customer experience- he is what five guys is all about.
Top guy, he deserves a rise, never let him go.
We'll be back as long as Scott is Here.

The burgers and chips were very nice but expensive for what it is. Staff were nice and polite and tables were cleaned constantly.

The burgers were as tasty as always, but the absence of nuts was a real let-down. Unfortunately, this experience only warrants a one-star rating.
This is the only 5-guys that I haven't given 5 stars. Not only the nuts but they didn't get my order right and they don't yell when the food is ready, so cold fries!

I had a good experience here. It was only my second ever visit to a Five Guys; the burger was not as nice as the first I'd tried, hence the 4 star... But it was still tasty! The chips were very, very salty which also contributed to the 4 star. The soda machine was all out of sync; all of the options tasted too watery. So not as good an experience as my first visit (which was a different location), however I would visit again! Date of visit - August '24. Don't forget the famous 'bag chips'!
Parking: Plenty of free parking at the Trafford Centre

We called last night after work! So busy but staff are helpful and always on the ball! We were served by a gentleman (really tall) can't remeber his name sorry! He was lovely! Asked us about our day and made an effort even though it was so busy! Well done guys!

FAO JORDAN: While waiting for our food, we noticed how efficiently Jordan was working, more so than his peers. He was very past paced, though professional and he definitely deserved some recognition. Well done, Jordan!
