The new location is fantastic, but the quality of the products is disappointing. I purchased a walnut that was quite old and had an unpleasant taste. The staff members were not particularly helpful. The section for vegetables and fruits is rather small, and the produce there appears to be old.

You can find lots of halal food there. The staff are very friendly. The prices are great, and if you subscribe online, you'll receive weekly offers and vouchers.

I went to my local Farm Foods store to return an item. I didn?t have the receipt but purchased an item the day before and had a photo of my bank statement with the purchase. I asked to speak to the Manger, who was a pleasant young man and he gave me a refund without question. Excellent service and very well run store.

Great value for money on certain items. Helpful and friendly staff. The store is open till 7pm most days which is beneficial for those who might work.
