Nice buzzing cafe with plenty of options. Only giving 4 stars because whilst cleaning the table attached to ours the server sprayed cleaning spray across our section including our coffees. Obviously accidental, but annoying.

Really delicious food! I'd heard about this place on the Off Menu Podcast so absolutely had to visit when finally visiting Manchester. The staff were amazing, atmosphere very chilled and the coffee/drinks fantastic! I've only rated the food 4 stars purely because I wish I'd chosen one of the breakfast items or the pancakes to try.
I went for the french toast which was beautiful - a lovely, big, yet fluffy and light, slice of brioche with a tasty cherry compote. It was really delicious but I have quite a sweet tooth and I think, for me, the vanilla mascerpone cut through (exactly as it should) the sweet/tartness of the cherries a tiny bit too much for my personal taste (but that is a 'me problem' and is probably the perfect counterbalance for most people). That's the only reason I didn't give 5 but that's being ridiculously picky!
My friend LOVED her breakfast though and the staff were so helpful and kind when we were a little lost.
The chai latte was beautiful! I think it was powder rather than a syrup which made it taste great and not too synthetically sweet! I added Lion's Mane purely because I never tried it! It didn't change the taste much, to my knowledge, and both the texture and flavour were perfect!

Absolutely terrible service. We visited this place and although the food was alright, the environment was incredibly stressful. The woman at the till (very short hair) was incredibly rude, and told us twice that the cafe will close at 7:30 PM. When she brought the food, she spilled the drink and DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGISE. No smiles, no courtesy. Absolutely horrible. Will never visit again.

We had brunch here between train changes and the food was great. Service and servers were friendly and there were plenty of choices for vegetarians and vegans, both for breakfast and brunch.

Coffee, food and atmosphere is great! Long line outside but it went down fast. Service was fast for how busy it was. Server's were friendly.
Just a nice cosy atmosphere filled with nice people. Highly recommend.

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I?ve had, and I honestly wish I could give zero stars. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, so we naturally expected a quick and pleasant breakfast. Instead, we were met with an unacceptable wait time ? over 40 minutes ? for something that should have taken a fraction of that time.
When we politely asked about our order, the response from the staff was nothing short of dismissive. One worker simply told us to ?just wait? in a rude tone, and then proceeded to ignore us entirely as if our question was an inconvenience to them. Not once did anyone check on us, update us about our food, or offer any sort of apology for the delay.
The atmosphere was uncomfortable from the start. The staff didn?t greet us properly, didn?t make us feel welcome, and acted like serving customers was a chore. Considering the place was far from busy, there?s no excuse for such slow service or such unprofessional behavior. It?s clear that customer care is not a priority here.

What?s most disappointing is that breakfast is supposed to be a pleasant start to the day, and instead we left frustrated and hungry. There are so many other places that value their customers? time and treat them with basic respect ? I strongly recommend going to one of those instead. This place will never get my business again.

We ordered and waited for 30+ minutes for pancakes then we got them the service wasn?t good we asked the staff when the food will arrive they just said wait for the food And all or out reliteves were angry because of the long wait

First time I've been here. Generally 'satisfied' but felt some things needed to be addressed.
I ordered a Egg's Benedict with Salmon ? and the sauce on top was WAY too salty. And this is coming from me, who usually adds salt on to any dish I eat. It's as if the whole salt shaker fell into the sauce when they made it. I thought it was just mine, but my friend who ordered the Egg's Benedict with Ham... same flavour. Too salty.
Plus, for it's price (£13?14), you'd expect more to be on the plate. But to be honest, this was quite disappointing. I've eaten Egg's Benedict in a LOT of different places but this has been the most underwhelming so far. Too salty + a small dish that's basically just salmon lathered on top of a loaf of bread? At least the eggs were nice, but it's hard to mess up.. well... eggs.
However, I would like to appreciate how friendly the staff were today. All smiles and no issues. The vibe was also really nice. It felt like a cozy brunch Sunday when it was actually a Tuesday. That's the atmosphere I look for in a place like this.
Would I come back? Maybe. Would I order the same thing? Definitely not.
