Me and my friend popped in here for a drink on the walk back to the hotel on a casual Monday night after we had dinner elsewhere. The atmosphere to start was a bit questionable, but the dragqueen quickly lifted the spirits. She was an amazing singer and was very good with everyone that was in. One drink turned into being out till half 3 at night. The karaoke was brilliant and such a laugh. The venue, although small, made real use out of the space. The drinks have a decent price £20 for 2 double spiritsand such a wide varietyof spirits etc... Later in the night, the atmosphere picked up and was 10/10. The service was quick, friendly, and amazing. I couldn't fault the place. What an amazing night. Good drinks and good company!! May have lost my glasses therethough ;)

I've been here a few times and each time the place is generally very messy, lots of liquids all over the floor and the bathrooms are horrific. Plus I was offered cocaine by a dealer going round with no problem and the people can be creepy. Overall I don't like this bar, the music is good but the place is so dirty and off putting it ruins the vibe.

I went last night ,waited more than 5 min and nothing, the bar wasn't busy,the people(4 behind the bar) didn't care of having customers, they were just talking ,i asked to serve me but nothing ....i left without having a drink...

Reps say it is ok for a group of 6men to get in, yet the bouncer refused entry. Been in before too and the mic cut out, ended night.

Cub eva was a great place but I did the bartender a favour by purchasing a drink that someone else did not pay for and he charged me double for the drink when I later questioned him on this he would not refund me or even give me another drink equal in value. I will not be coming here again due to this experience which is a shame as I loved coming here on a Saturday evening and this experience has ruined it for me I will definitely not be back and I recommend to anyone else if you don?t want to get scammed to not go to this venue, I do not often review places but when they scam me like this i feel it is only fair to warn others.I was sober during this experience so was able to notice this but I am sure if you arrive drunk they will take advantageof you all night long.
