I was completely dissatisfied with this company because of the rude behavior of the cashier, who was extremely arrogant and impolite.
When I asked to speak with the manager, this rude person claimed to be the manager himself.
After a while, another person came and said he was the manager. When I asked him to introduce himself, he avoided it. They were all extremely rude people.
Never go to this Euro Car Parts.

Customer service is terrible, they are so rude on the phone and it's not the first time! If you dont like your job then dont do it!

Dropped in yesterday for 4 Bosch replacement bulbs which only cost £3.70. Dramatically cheaper than Halfords. Both staff were extremely helpful even though I was hardly spending any money. I wasn?t 100% sure what spec I needed but they looked it up in 60 seconds despite it being an uncommon 30 year old car.
