Very friendly staff, great experience in store

Absolutely enjoyed my experience EE Middleton. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and genuine interest in helping me find the right phone. The store has a sleek, modern look and feels very up-to-date with all the latest tech on display.
They had a wide range of phones, from flagship models like the iPhone 16 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S25 to more affordable mid-range options. The staff didn?t try to upsell me at all?they actually asked about how I use my phone daily and made honest suggestions based on that.
One thing that really stood out was how fast and efficient everything was. I picked my phone, got a screen protector and case, and was out the door in under 30 minutes. They even transferred all my data from my old phone without any extra charge.
Prices were fair, and they had a few bundle deals that saved me some money on accessories. I also appreciated the aftercare service?they sent me a follow-up text to make sure everything was working properly.
If you're tired of pushy sales tactics and confusing options, give EE Middleton a try. Super friendly team, great selection, and smooth service from start to finish.

No options given to you other than what the representatives want to sell you. Nothing they don't want to sell is 'in stock' Misadvised several times by different members of staff. The place is often very quiet so at least you'll get seen quickly enough.

Didn't seem to want to give me a good broadband deal when I went into the shop, one of the guys that worked there was just no help at all and just seemed like he wasn't bothered in giving me a good broadband deal and my 7 years being a EE customer meant nothing. Will definitely never going into that shop again, Phoned EE and got a much better deal than what I was offered in the shop.

When I came into the store I received all the help and support I required to start a new contract and set up my phone. All three members of staff who were present on the day were very helpful. I'm very pleased with how I was served as a customer and so I would highly recommend this branch.
