Went to the shop because a brand new phone is overheating and been told by their ?engineer?
that is because the phone is new so that?s why the battery is getting use to being charge and after 15/20 days won?t overheat again.. proper joke.
A new phone should never get overheated unless is a factory issue.

Stopped using EE after being with them for 10 years...
£90pm for a z fold yet I got it for £32 a month directly from Samsung with a £12 SIM. So now pay £44 instead of £90. Same with my wife's 23S Ultra. EE want £69pm for it from Samsung directly for £21 + £12 SIM. EE is an absolute rip off. Especially with their price hikes all the time too.

These lot will scam you. There is a con artist in this store, be very careful. Read the fine print and don?t let him do you. He will do anyone over, so don?t think you?re safe. If he doesn?t rip you off, he will definitely waste your time.

Iv i could give 0 stars it would still be to much, Really upset the way I was treated in this branch, they are very eager to get you on contact and make all kinds of promises to get you to take out a contract, once you have taken out the contract they are no help at all, avoid EE specifically this branch.
