Dunelm never disappoints!
I always enjoy shopping here ? they have a fantastic range of homeware, furniture, bedding, and decor at great prices. The quality is excellent, and the store layout makes it easy to find what you need. Staff are always helpful and polite. Whether you?re redecorating or just picking up a few essentials, Dunelm is the place to go.

Sat 31.5.25.Radcliffe Dunhelm .
I was so impressed by a young member of staff.Azaan .There were very few staff available and he handled himself so proffesionaly and politely. He served me on the fabric dept where he also had to answer numerous queries from other shoppers.He was exceptionally calm dealing with some customers who really didn't want to wait.Thankyou Azaan .I really hope this young man receives a big well done from your management team because he throughly deserves it.

We came here after giving up at the Bolton store due to the lack any organisation. This store was completely different. Everything was in its place, easy to find and clearly priced up. We were able to find earthing thing we came for easily

Easily found what I wanted, called in at the café for a cup of tea and something to eat.

Very poor customer service, had purchased an item which was mislabeled. Noticed overcharge in the car park, and popped right back in. I assumed customer assistant will apologise for inconvenience and offer a refund of over charge, but instead I was very rudely told that it was mislabeled and it?s not their fault (?) I have asked for a refund and had been informed that I won?t get it back on my card and instead will receive it on the gift card. This is by far the worst store I had ever visited and I am shocked it has still not bankrupted with such a poor service. I will not return back nor would ever recommend to anyone I know. Shocking

Didn't actually shop at this store but just to collect an item ordered online. The store's at a quite convenient location. Service was efficient, but staffers could be friendlier I think.

Don?t check their click and collect orders so I received an order missing a key piece. Online chat wouldn?t resolve it, and the store never answer the phone. Never again.
