Adam was wonderful. We had a babysitter for 1 hours on Saturday morning so we wanted to make the most of it and replace our terribly uncomfy mattress. He listened to all of our concerns with our old mattress and managed to pair us with the perfect fit. Thank you very much for all your help Adam - can?t wait to get a good nights sleep.

What a pleasant lady Naz, your representative at the Stretford store was by helping me decide on the best mattress to get. She explained fully what was available for assisting me with my various medical issues, suggesting trying a few to find which was the most comfortable. Also, the delivery schedule, insurance and disposal of my old mattress. All together a very pleasant experience. Thank you Naz

Excellent service by Rachel. We were even measured digitally for our new mattress! They take the old mattress away for recycling which was a big plus for us and delivery within a week. If for any reason the mattress isn't suitable after trying for 30 days it can be exchanged. No hesitation in recommending Dreams.

We visited Dreams in White City, to choose a bed. We were assisted by a very knowledgeable Dan, who showed us several beds that met our specific criteria. We quickly found the perfect one, and after a lie down on the mattress chooser, which measured our sleep positions, we also found the perfect mattress. Completing the paperwork, paying the deposit, and arranging a convenient delivery date was a breeze. We were very well looked after by Dan, who also answered all the questions thrown at him by our 5 year old grandson (non bed related) with good humour. All in all a very pleasant and stress free experience, and we thoroughly recommend this shop.

I thought today was going to be a long laborious search for the bed we needed as i suffer regularily with back pain i wanted to be sure we were choosing the right mattress infact the whole bed just had to be the right choice! As we entered Dreams ( White City) we were met with a lovely smiling lady,Farzana, can I help you and after a 3 minute rest on the Dreams sleeping gismo Farzana led us to the right mattress and divan base with draws as it was cheaper than we estimated we added a new duvet with pillows and a mattress protector . Wowzer home feet up having a nice brew. Farzana was brilliant big thank you.

After walking into Dreams, White City and thinking no one was in except the cleaners we were approached by Kan who had greeted us at the door with bucket and mop in hand! We were then given coffee?s and a very pleasant experience in choosing the right bed. Very, very helpful and informative and I am so pleased with my purchase. Thank you Kan

I went today to view mattress in different shops in White City, went to multiple of places and Dreams was the last location I was looking at.
I was met with a smile by an Asian gentleman I believe it was his second day there.
I later understood that Dream doesn?t provide the payment services I prefer.
An Asian woman got involved in the discussion explain that if I wish to pay through that payment Dreams doesn?t provide is and genuinely pointed to the door !!!!!! Her attitude and way of speaking was a way of kicking out someone which I didn?t appreciate. My family has always dealt with Dream but this will be the last time we come to a place that hires arrogant and rude staff. I have never been spoken to in such disgusting attitude.
I would advise a different way when picking staff as clearly it is a very poor procedure.
