Always order from Walkdenevery other week ... never had any issues until tonight...food wasn't cooked properly very doughy .... and cold...forgot my wedges so had to ring...soon here but went to eat them absolutely freezing cold for the price I paid I'm generally disappointed

We were delivered the wrong food and told sorry it was our decision to provide you with a diff order as we were busy. Absolutely no query as to allergies!!!! So dangerous! Speak to manager tomorrow as we are busy when I tried to call and discuss risks and implications! When asked for persons name on phone so I could continue conversation I was told no and they hung up the phone! Utterly scary and disgusting

Ordered cookies and they never arrived. Rang them five times and each time they said they're sending someone and never did. Three hours later and the shop closed, the customer service we recieved was absoloutely shocking over the phone. Never ordering from there

ordered a Texas bbq and specifically asked to not put any pork on? been sent a mighty meaty with loads of pepperoni on and the phone is just being ignored so have no way to rectify it and now wasted money as we cannot eat it. THANKS CRYING NOW
